We will leave you in peace and only attend the property if there is an urgent maintenance or safety issue unless you ask us to attend for other reasons. We will always give you prior notice before entering unless in an emergency where we will give notice if possible.

Rubbish bags or garbage are not to be left outside of this flat before collection day. The collection days for this flat are Tuesdays and Fridays. Please note that you should put the bin outside of the property before 7am on your day (Tuesdays and Fridays) of collection (not the night before). It is an offence to block the pathway or put the bin outside of this times which can and result in fines.
